Tricia Perkins is a hospitality consultant, Gallup Certified Clifton Strengths Coach, and the Executive Director of Black Women of Hospitality. With over 20 years of experience in management, HR, and service excellence, she helps teams transform guest experiences by improving employee engagement, communication, and operations.

Tricia has worked with respected brands including Chick-fil-A, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Longhorn Steakhouse, IKEA, and CAVA. Through her company, Tricia Perkins, LLC, she partners with Black-owned restaurants, business cohorts, and hospitality professionals to build scalable systems that grow revenue and support team development.

As a Gallup Certified Coach and employee engagement expert, she brings a strengths-based approach to leadership and team performance. As a licensed instructor, she helps clients strengthen their operations through nationally recognized certifications.
