She is the owner of The Grand Ballroom, a premier event venue in Glen Burnie known for its versatile design and capacity to host 250–275 guests. She is also the registered agent and owner of Grand Occasions, LLC, located in Laurel, Maryland, where she leads operations for the rebranded event space recognized for hosting weddings, celebrations, and community events.

In addition to venue ownership, Natasha is the owner of Too Blessed to Be Stressed Catering, LLC, a full‑service catering company specializing in Southern cuisine and serving clients throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. With more than 17 years of catering, event, and hospitality experience, her culinary creativity anchors the in‑house catering program at The Grand Ballroom.

Known for her leadership, warm client experience, and commitment to elevating event hospitality, Natasha continues to expand her footprint in the industry—transforming venues, bringing fresh culinary innovation, and creating memorable experiences for every occasion.

 

TAMUEL COWERT is a respected venue owner, entrepreneur, and creative force in Florida’s wedding and event industry. After beginning her career in forensic accounting, she transitioned into events in 2004, bringing her eye for detail and business acumen to the world of wedding design and venue management.

She is the President and Founder ofRW Events and RW Style, and the Co‑Owner of Luxmore Grande Estate, one of Central Florida’s most sought‑after luxury wedding venues. She also serves as a Strategic Partner of Cypress Grove Estate House, further expanding her influence across the region’s premier event properties. Under her leadership, these brands have become top choices for couples seeking high‑end, stylish, and thoughtfully curated wedding experiences.

Known for her forward‑thinking creativity, operational excellence, and ability to scale beloved brands, Tamuel has built a multi‑venue portfolio that reflects both timeless elegance and fresh, modern design. Beyond her professional achievements, she is also a mentor, wife to her high school sweetheart, and mother to two daughters—balancing entrepreneurship with family and a passion for travel, cooking, and her fur baby.

 

DANA MCKNIGHT is a digital marketing strategist, content creator, and the owner of Magnolia Content Studios, a luxury natural‑light content studio based in Greensboro, North Carolina. With a background that includes 7–8 years as a Key Accounts Sales Manager and Sales Representative, Dana developed deep expertise in brand building, customer experience, and strategic storytelling before launching her own creative agency and studio.

Founded in 2024, Magnolia Content Studio has quickly become one of the Triad’s premier destinations for content creation. The studio features meticulously designed vignettes, curated aesthetics, and abundant natural light—an ideal environment for photographers, creatives, small business owners, and brands seeking elevated visuals and cohesive storytelling.

ANGELA NORMAN is a seasoned entrepreneur and visionary venue owner behind two of Ohio’s premier luxury event properties, White Willow Meadows and Stone Valley Meadows. With more than 25 years of experience building and operating successful businesses, Angela blends strategic leadership with a deep passion for hospitality and thoughtfully designed event experiences.

She launched Stone Valley Meadows in 2019, creating a custom-designed barn venue set on 13 picturesque acres in the Cincinnati/Dayton market. The space features an 11,000-square-foot hall with soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and curated architectural details, quickly establishing it as one of the region’s most sought-after destinations for weddings and special events.

In 2024, Angela expanded into the Columbus market with White Willow Meadows, a 14,000-square-foot luxury barn venue offering an all-inclusive event experience. The property includes an on-site floral studio and a renovated 19th-century dairy barn transformed into a guest residence, blending modern amenities with historic charm. Intentionally designed to elevate the client journey from celebration to stay, the venue reflects Angela’s commitment to exceptional experiences.

Most recently, she founded and now serves as CEO of The Wedding Venue Master Class, offering both comprehensive business courses and consulting services to give aspiring and existing venue owners a practical roadmap to success. Angela’s consulting services provide personalized, one-on-one guidance tailored to each client’s goals, including site evaluations, business plan development, marketing strategy, and operational optimization.

Before entering the event venue industry, Angela built a strong foundation in small business entrepreneurship as the owner and operator of The Goddard School in Centerville, Ohio, where she spent 25 years leading growth, developing teams, and serving her community. Earlier in her career, she worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative, regional sales trainer, and district sales manager, further sharpening her leadership and business development expertise.

Known for her vision, operational excellence, and dedication to empowering venue owners and creating meaningful experiences, Angela continues to shape the wedding and events industry across Ohio and beyond. She has been married to her husband for 32 years and is the proud mother of two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, traveling, and cooking.
