Calling all Runners, Walkers, and Fundraisers!
Fundraising Goal: $1,000
We are excited to share that this year NSBWEP we will be participating in the 2024 Komen Greater NYC Race for the Cure on September 8th in Central Park.
We would like to invite you to join TEAM NSBWEP and help support Susan G. Komen’s vision of a world without breast cancer. The funds raised by our team help support Komen’s work to save lives through breakthrough research, advocacy and to support patients, including through Komen’s Breast Care Helpline, Clinical Trial Information Helpline, Treatment Assistance Program, and other direct patient support services.
How do I get involved?
- Click HERE and click on “Join the Team”
- Enter your contact information.
- Follow prompts to select your t-shirt size, etc. Register by August 4th to receive a t-shirt before the race day. If you register later, you will receive it after the event.
- Donate and fundraise!
- Celebrate on race day – Sunday, September 8, 2024
8:00 a.m. – Race Day Registration Opens
9:15 a.m. – Race Day Opening Ceremony
9:30 a.m. – Race begins
*The race route is approximately 3.5 miles in length. You may choose to walk/run our shorter 1.75-mile route and do a single loop.

If you cannot attend the event in person, but would like to donate to our team, please click HERE. Our team goal is to raise at least $1,000 and we know with your help we will be able to get there.
