  • Business Membership

  • $ 295 Annually
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    •     Black-Owned Businesses and Individuals who services the wedding and event planning industry.  Membership belongs to business owner.
    •     Membership Investment:  $295.00 annually; $540 annually for Dual Membership (2-companies); Payment Plans are available if not able to pay in full.
    •     Business State Certificate or documentation that your business is registered within your State
    •     Operate in business a minimum of one year
    •     Exemplary Reputation within the Industry/NO MORE THAN (3) confirmed complaints represented to our association
    •     Employer Identification Number (EIN#)
    •     Must have a business website
    •     Abide by our Code of Ethics
    •     Must be a Member in Good Standing (remains current on organization dues and payments) 
    •     Membership renewals are on your anniversary cycle.  A 30-day grace period is provided for renewal.  Beyond 30-day grace period your membership becomes in default, and you will have to renew as a New Member.
    •     ALL OF THE ABOVE are required for membership approval
    •     Membership dues are non-refundable

  • $ 775 3 Years
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Student Membership - College

  • $ 75 Annually
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    •    Attending an accredited University/ State College/Community College and pursuing a Hospitality Degree, or
    •    Attending an accredited University/ State College/Community College and pursuing a degree in a profession that aligns with the Events Industry, or
    •    Enrolled in courses/degree program that lead to a career in Hospitality Management/Event Industry, or
    •    Current Business Owner who is working to obtain certification in Event Planning/Event Management
    •    Must be in business 3 years or less
    •    Documentation required of your school enrollment
    •    Abide by our Code of Ethics
    •    Must be a Member in Good Standing (remains current on organization dues and payments) 
    •    Membership Investment:  $75.00 annually
    •    Membership renewals are on your anniversary cycle.  A 30-day grace period is provided for renewal.  Beyond 30-day grace period your membership becomes in default and you will have to renew as a New Member.

  • Student Membership - High School

  • $ 25 Annually
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    •    Enrolled in high school and preferably in a high school vocational program.
    •    Membership Investment: $25.00 for 1 year, until graduation
    •    Abide by our Code of Ethics
    •    Documentation required of your school enrollment
    •    Must be a Member in Good Standing (remains current on organization dues and payments) 
    •    Membership renewals are on your anniversary cycle.  A 30-day grace period is provided for renewal.  Beyond 30-day grace period your membership becomes in default and you will have to renew as a New Member.
